WHAT IS GOUT?
Gout is a form of arthiritis caused by uric acid crystals that are deposited in the joints.
Symptoms of gout include:  swelling, heat, redness, throbbing and burning of affected joint.
Causes of gout:  High levels of uric acid in the body, Reduced blood supply to joints due to injury, sleep apnea or exhaustion,
Alcohol and Certain medications.


URINARY TRACT INFECTIONS (UTI's)
UTI's are caused by a parasitic / bacterial infection in the urinary tract.
Symptoms:  Increased desire to urinate, burning & pain during urination, urine may be dark or milky, abdominal pain.
Severe cases:  The infection can be carried up to the kidneys and cause Fever, Chills, Nausea & vomiting and severe lower back pain.


ARE YOU ANAEMIC?
Signs that you might have anaemia are: Fatigue (Tiredness), Headaches, Shortness of breath, Hairloss,
Pale skin  and cracks in the corner of your mouth.
